Refund Policy – Modern Performance

1. 月額プログラム（サーフ／サーフスケート／オンライン）

・欠席について

お客様都合（スケジュール・体調不良等）による欠席について、返金は行いません。

状況に応じて、以下の代替対応を提供する場合があります：
・オンラインフィードバック
・動画レビュー
・振替セッション（空き状況による）

・月開始前のキャンセル

新しい月の開始前にキャンセルされた場合、全額返金またはクレジット対応が可能です。

・月開始後のキャンセル

月額プログラム開始後の返金は一切行いません。

※医療上の理由がある場合に限り、証明書の提出により個別対応する場合があります。

2. プライベートコーチング

・キャンセル規定

48時間前まで：無料キャンセルまたは振替可能
48時間以内：返金不可
無断キャンセル：100%請求

3. リトリート／イベント

・申込金（デポジット）

申込金は返金不可とします。

ただし、最少催行人数に達せずイベントが中止された場合は全額返金します。

・参加者によるキャンセル

14日以上前：70%返金
7〜13日前：50%返金
6日前〜当日：返金不可

4. 天候・安全・コーチ都合

天候、海況、安全上の理由、またはコーチの都合によりセッションが実施できない場合：

・日程変更
・クレジット対応

を行います。

原則として現金での返金は行いません。

5. コミュニケーション

スケジュール変更や休会をご希望の場合は、事前にご連絡ください。

事前の連絡がある場合に限り、柔軟な対応が可能です。

Missed Sessions

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or illness.

Alternative options may be offered depending on availability:

• Online feedback

• Video review

• Make-up session

Cancellation Before Start of Month

Full refund or credit is available if cancellation is made before the new monthly cycle begins.

Cancellation After Program Start

No refunds will be issued once the monthly program has started.

Exceptions may be considered for medical reasons with valid documentation.

2. Private Coaching

Cancellation Policy

48+ hours before: full refund or reschedule
Within 48 hours: non-refundable
No-show: 100% charge

3. Retreats / Events

Deposit

Deposits are non-refundable.

If the event is cancelled due to insufficient participants, a full refund will be issued.

Participant Cancellation

14+ days: 70% refund
7–13 days: 50% refund
6 days or less: no refund

​

4. Weather / Safety / Instructor

If a session is cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, or instructor availability:

• Rescheduling or credit will be provided

Cash refunds are not issued unless rescheduling is not possible.

5. Communication

Participants must notify us in advance for schedule changes or membership pauses.

Flexibility may be offered at our discretion when communication is clear and timely.
