利用規約（Terms & Conditions）

• 第1条（サービス内容）

Modern Performance（以下「当社」）は、サーフィンコーチング、トレーニング、オンライン指導および関連サービスを提供します。

• 第2条（予約および支払い）

すべてのサービスは事前予約制とします。

お支払いは、特別な合意がない限り、サービス提供前に完了するものとします。

無断キャンセルの場合、料金の100%を請求します。

​

• 第3条（キャンセルおよび変更）

予約のキャンセルまたは変更は、48時間前までにご連絡ください。

48時間以内のキャンセルは、返金および振替の対象外となります。

本規定はすべてのコーチングサービスに適用されます。

​

• 第4条（天候・海況）

サーフィンおよび関連サービスは自然条件に左右されます。

安全上不適切と判断された場合、以下の対応を行う場合があります：
・陸上トレーニングへの変更
・サーフスケートトレーニングへの変更
・日程変更

これらの判断は当社または担当コーチの裁量により決定されます。

天候・海況による変更に伴う返金は行いません。

• 第5条（参加者の責任）

参加者は以下を遵守するものとします：
・コーチの指示に従うこと
・安全ルールを守ること

未成年者については、保護者が送迎および安全管理の責任を負うものとします。

すべての参加者は、スポーツ活動に適した保険に加入する責任を負います。

​

• 第6条（オンラインコーチング）

オンラインコーチングはデジタルサービスのため、購入後の返金はできません。

指定された期限内に動画等を提出する必要があります。

提出されたコンテンツは、コーチングおよび内部トレーニング目的で使用される場合があります（書面による拒否があった場合を除く）。

• 第7条（メディア使用）

レッスン中に撮影された写真・動画は、プロモーション目的で使用される場合があります。

希望されない場合は、事前に書面にてお知らせください。

​

• 第8条（免責事項およびリスクの承認）

サーフィン、サーフスケート、トレーニングには危険が伴います。

参加者はこれらのリスクを理解し、自己の責任において参加するものとします。

当社および関係者は、以下について責任を負いません：
・怪我
・事故
・器材の損傷・紛失

• 第9条（サービスの変更および中断）

当社は、天候、施設状況、その他の理由によりサービス内容を変更または中断する場合があります。

これに伴う返金は行いません。

•  第10条（禁止事項）

以下の行為を禁止します：
・他の参加者への迷惑行為
・危険行為
・コーチの指示に従わない行為

違反があった場合、サービス提供を中止することがあります。

​

• 第11条（成果の非保証）

本サービスは技術向上を目的としたものであり、成果を保証するものではありません。

Terms & Conditions (English)

1. Services

Modern Performance provides surf coaching, training, online coaching, and related services.

​

2. Booking & Payment

All services must be booked in advance.

Full payment is required prior to participation unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in a 100% charge.

​

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy applies to all coaching services unless otherwise stated.

​

4. Weather & Ocean Conditions

All services are subject to natural conditions.

If conditions are deemed unsafe, sessions may be:

• converted to land training

• surfskate training

• rescheduled

All decisions are made at the sole discretion of the coach.

No refunds will be issued due to weather or ocean conditions.

5. Participant Responsibility

Participants must follow all instructions and safety guidelines.

Parents/guardians are responsible for minors.

All participants are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance.

​

6. Online Coaching

Online coaching is non-refundable.

Participants must submit required materials within deadlines.

Submitted content may be used for coaching and internal training unless opted out in writing.

​

7. Media Release

Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes.

Participants may opt out by written request.

​

8. Liability & Risk

Participation involves inherent risks.

Participants accept full responsibility.

Modern Performance is not liable for:

• injury

• loss

• equipment damage

​

9. Service Changes

Services may change due to weather or conditions.

No refunds apply in such cases.

​

10. Prohibited Conduct

Disruptive or unsafe behavior is prohibited.

Violation may result in removal without refund.

​

11. No Guarantee of Results

Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.
