デジタルサービスの性質上、購入後の返金はお受けしておりません。

・開始日の14日前まで：全額返金
・13日前〜7日前：50%返金
・6日前〜当日：返金不可

天候、波の状況、施設都合、その他やむを得ない事情により、サービス内容・日程が変更となる場合があります。

• その場合は、日程振替または代替対応にて対応いたします。

Coaching Sessions
・Cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: Free cancellation
・Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled session: Non-refundable
・No-show: Non-refundable
 
Online Coaching
Due to the nature of digital services, online coaching is non-refundable after purchase.
WavePark Retreats / Tours
・Cancellation 14 days or more before the start date: Full refund
・Cancellation 13 to 7 days before the start date: 50% refund
・Cancellation 6 days or less before the start date: Non-refundable

Changes Due to Weather or Facility Conditions
Service content or schedules may change due to weather, wave conditions, facility operations, or other unavoidable circumstances.
In such cases, we will provide a schedule change or alternative service where possible.
