Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Modern Performance Surf Coaching

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read the following carefully:

1. Monthly Programs (Surf, Surfskate, Online Coaching)

  • No Refunds for Missed Sessions
    Refunds are not issued for missed group or individual sessions due to personal reasons, schedule conflicts, or illness.
    However, make-up options (online feedback, video review, or alternate session) may be offered depending on availability.

  • Cancellation Before Start of Month
    If cancellation is made before the new monthly cycle begins, a full refund or credit can be issued.

  • Cancellation After Program Start
    No refunds once the monthly program has commenced. Exceptions may be considered for medical reasons (doctor’s certificate required).

2. Private Coaching & Retreat Bookings

  • 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
    Private coaching must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded.

  • Retreats / Special Events
    Deposits are non-refundable unless the minimum number of participants is not met and the event is cancelled.
    If the participant cancels:

    • 14+ days before: 70% refund

    • 7–13 days before: 50% refund

    • Less than 7 days: No refund

3. Weather or Instructor Cancellation

  • If a session is cancelled due to weather, safety issues, or instructor availability, it will be rescheduled or credited.
    No cash refunds unless rescheduling is not possible.

4. Ongoing Communication

If you're unsure about your availability or want to pause your membership, we ask that you communicate in advance. We’re here to support you, and flexibility is possible when there is clear communication.
