Service Description

MP Beach Video Coaching Level Up Program is a beach coaching program for surfers who want to improve their surfing skills. Coach Ryuta Ando will film each individual's ride in detail, then provide feedback and beach training methods tailored to their individual challenges. Flow of the day 1. registration and check-in: registration will take place at the designated beach. 2. warm-up: warm up with stretching and light exercises 3. surf session: During this session you will be videotaped, catch 3-5 waves, and return to the beach for feedback and coaching tips. You will do 3-4 sets depending on the wave and level (note: if you prefer to surf with a coach or do not wish to be videotaped, this is possible upon request). We now have Headset for real time communication in the water if you like. 4. feedback and training: Based on the results of the analysis, the coach will instruct the client on specific training methods to address each individual's issues. 5. cool down: After the session, light stretching is provided to loosen up the body. 6. online video in-depth analysis option: see booking page Booking Notes - Requirements: Sessions are offered for each level, so please choose the best program for your level: NSA 1Q, 2Q, 3Q, 4Q - What to bring: Surfboard, wetsuit, towel, drinks, and sunscreen. - Weather conditions: Sessions may be cancelled or postponed due to weather or ocean conditions. You will be notified in advance if this is the case. Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Policy: If notice of cancellation is received at least 24 hours prior to the session, a full refund will be given.
